Sublime modernist Olivetti Lettera 12 portable typewriter. Designed by Mario Bellini circa 1970's, this typewriter is part of the permanent collection of MoMa & is featured in the collections of Design Schools and Academies.
A great minimalist design, it comes with it's original case & is in excellent condition. It will need a new cartridge if you wish to use it vs simply display it as a gorgeous bit of superb 70's design. Note that *The Lettera 12 does not use a standard ribbon spool but a proprietary cartridge-type ribbon. They are obtainable but can cost $100.00 or so. Dm to purchase! I am quite behind on moving available items into the shop.
