May 30th 1956. I wonder about the story behind this. Not just an elegant silver box but one with a wonderful inscription on it & even if May 30th means nothing to you, it's a reminder that every tomorrow can be a lovely day. The inscription reads "Because it'll be a lovely day tomorrow May 30th 1956."
Silver over copper. Wood interior. A couple of marks to wood on the inside. Made in Germany. Measures 7" x 5" x 2 1/4."
