Antique Framed Watercolour "Steamer Manitoulin" Owen Sound Ontario History
Not the Titanic but a bit of Ontario history in this very well executed water colour of a steamer on the water in the midst of a fire with people jumping overboard.
The caption reads "Steamer Manitoulin was "built in 1880 at Owen Sound . Bought by great Northern transit co, burned May 18, 1882. Rebuilt as steamer atlantic , burned November 10. 1903. E.H Garrett. Measures 20" x 16."
