A beautiful circa 1748 copper plate engraved map of Luxembourg by Gilles Robert de Vaugondy. Titled 'Carte du Duche de Luxembourgh" the map features hand coloured details highlighting the Duchy of Luzembourgh.

First published in Paris in 1748. It was engraved for inclusion in smaller format atlases like the Atlas Portatif Universal. Some light foxing to the paper. Measures 11.5" x 9.5."
