A pastoral river scene with boats and the village in the background. To the left a grove of trees. A striking elegant piece, beautifully framed.
Handlaid paper with watermark. Fold down the center with some light uneveness to the paper. Beautifully framed. This etching was part of the book ‘Het verheerlykt Nederland, of Kabinet van Hedendaagsche gezigten van steden, dorpen, sloten, adelyke huizen (…)’, Amsterdam, Tirion, 1745-1774.
