A gorgeous group of Dansk flatware in the iconic 'Fjord' pattern, designed by Danish industrial designer, Jens Quistgaard (1919-2008) The Fjord flatware was the first product introduced by Dansk Designs, in 1954.
The original production in the early years of Dansk Designs (mid-1950s to mid-1960s) was in Germany, Denmark, and Finland before moving overseas to Japan and later other countries. These are from the original production, made in Germany.
There are18 pieces in total, 3 dinner forks, 3 desert forks, 4 knives, 4 large spoons & 4 small spoons. Clean with very light wear. Each is stamped on the stainless steel ''Dansk Designs Germany.'
