A beautiful antique English meat spear. These were made as decorative pieces which you pierced your cooked meat with before presenting it to the table. Not an eater of meat, I would be spearing my roast whole cabbage or cauliflour. This piece with the fleur de lis is a particularly lovely example. Measures 12 1/4" l. Elkington & Co.
